Can I Help?
There are numerous ways that you can support the mission of ASIP, its initiatives, as well as the individuals and families supported by ASIP. We invite you to consider your ability to volunteer, donate, or be a sponsor. Please see more on each area of opportunity below.
Be A Volunteer
Volunteers are needed in two different capacities with ASIP. First, individuals are needed to help welcome and orient families and individuals to basic needs for living here. Examples of this support include:
- Learning English
- Using public transportation
- Shopping for groceries or accessing food through Food at First
- Providing temporary housing
- Introducing them to a faith community
- Assisting with school registration
- Providing occasional transportation
Secondly, ASIP needs individuals who are willing to provide their time and talents to help broaden the exposure of ASIP and it’s efforts. Examples of areas where support is needed include social media, fundraising, and staffing a booth at public events.
ASIP welcomes volunteers to attend the organization’s regular monthly meetings but it is not a requirement to make a difference.

Be A Donor
Donations to ASIP help ensure that the initiatives of ASIP can be supported and that the needs of individuals and families being supported by ASIP can be met.
